Lindsey McAdory, Jr. is the CEO & Chief Strategist of CBG Strategies, a community engagement & public relations firm based in Birmingham, AL. For 10 years, Lindsey has provided strategic campaign & political consulting to clients throughout Alabama & the Southeast.
Lindsey is a graduate of Alabama State University. He also attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management. Additionally, Lindsey is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP), an international standard for Project Management methodology.

Willie "Trey" Wells, III has over 15 years of experience in the field of graphic design & advertising. Willie accepted his first job at Russell Athletics in Alexander City, AL, where he would become a production designer for the college division. During that time, he also pursued building his own business & working it part-time after work hours.

DeMya “Mya” Jolly is a Project Coordinator at CBG Strategies. A community engagement & public relations firm based in Birmingham, AL. Mya is a graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Congressional Black Caucus Fellowship Alum. She comes to CBG bringing experience from the congressional offices of Senator Doug Jones and Congresswoman Terri Sewell.
A native of Birmingham, Mya is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Meagan Holland is a communications professional from Greenville, South Carolina
who has worked for local, state, and federal elected officials Meagan has experience in the nonprofit sector, coordinating donor communications and furthering advocacy efforts Prior to working with nonprofit organizations, she served as a Press Assistant for the United States House of Representatives and Social Media Strategist for South Carolina General Assembly members and US Senate Members. Holland has experience conducting political research in Nairobi, Kenya - analyzing voting patterns and tribal influences. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Winthrop University and currently resides in Birmingham, AL
